Did you know that we have on average 50,000 thoughts per day? The National Science Foundation found that 80% of those thoughts are negative and 95% of them are repetitive thoughts. Is it any wonder that we’re often overwhelmed by our own thoughts and get trapped in a negative space?

What are affirmations:

Affirmations have become popular in recent years with the people focusing on their health and wellness including the mind. Louise Hay's affirmations are some of the best known affirmations. Affirmations are short powerful statements. They are designed to start creating positive self talk and focus the mind and can range from simple words to longer sentences. Here are some examples of affirmations:

  • I accept myself as I am
  • I am limitless
  • I am releasing self-judgement and embracing self-love
  • I focus on what I can control and I let go of what I can't
  • I am grateful for all that I have
