Affirmations are short powerful statements. They are designed to start creating positive self talk and focus the mind and can range from simple words to longer sentences. Here are some examples of affirmations:

What is the best way to use your affirmation cards:
1. Add them to your vision board:
Affirmation cards can be added to your vision board to decorate. Affirmation cards can add positive statements to your vision board to remind you to stay focused and positive. 2. Daily Draws:
