Restored Tea Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with the tea you receive, please contact us at restoredtea@gmail.com.

Returns and Refunds: 

Restored Tea handles returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. If you wish to return your items please let us know us within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and provide a valid reason for returning*. Our team will process your request.

If approved, all goods must be returned unopened and in original condition. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus original shipping costs. Refunds will returned by original payment method and can take up to a few days to show in your account. 

*Please note, if you wish to receive a refund for items purchased online we do not cover the cost to return these items to us. We are also not liable for returned items being lost. We recommend that you return it by registered post.

Sale Items (if applicable): 

We do not offer a refund on sales items. 

Exchange (if applicable):

We offer exchange only in case of damaged or defective goods. You will need to contact us within 14 days with proof of purchase and pictures of damaged goods. We will process your request and notify you if it has been approved. 

Once approved, you will need to return the damaged or defective good to us and we will send out a new item to you. 

Digital Goods (if applicable):

We do not offer any refunds on digital items.
